Returns were surprisingly easy for me. I just followed the instructions on their site, sent it back, and got my refund pretty quick. Didn't even have to argue.

If it's a custom case, it might be harder to return unless it's a defect. For regular ones though, I think you're usually good. Check their return policy details on that.

Hmm, for custom stuff, I'd expect it to take a little longer than off-the-shelf. And they're based in Belgium so shipping to LA might be a few weeks. Don't expect Amazon Prime speed for sure.

I think those BOGO deals usually exclude the personalized ones. Like, if it's already discounted or custom, you probably can't stack it. But double-check their promo fine print.

I've had a couple from them, and they're pretty decent. Not Otterbox level protection maybe, but definitely saved my phone from a few tumbles. My clear one got a bit yellow after a year but that's normal.
